CNCmarket.ca Inc. is a Calgary company that keeps CNC shops running — CNC machines, tooling, fluids, accessories and service. We hold our own stock, we install and service what we sell, and we run a machine shop of our own. Registered in 2019, trading since 2023, all of it out of the same building in Alberta.
Three things run out of that building:
cncmarket.ca
This shop. Tooling, toolholding, cutting tools and metalworking fluids under our own EASYCUT brand, in stock and priced online. Browse the catalogue.
cncvalue.ca
CNC machines. Hision CNC lathes and machining centres bought direct from the manufacturer, plus used and trade-in equipment. We install and service what we sell.
VolkCNC
Our own machine shop, cutting parts for paying customers in Calgary.
Most tooling suppliers have only the first one. Having all three is why we can answer a question about a tool with something other than a catalogue page.
In April 2026 we acquired VolkCNC, a machining shop in Calgary. It runs on the same inserts, end mills and coolant we sell.
So when we say a grade holds up in stainless, or that a coolant stays stable in local water, it is because we ran it — not because a catalogue says so. And when something disappoints us, it does not make it into the range.
Through cncvalue.ca we supply Hision CNC lathes and machining centres, bought direct from the manufacturer, plus used and trade-in equipment. We install and commission them, hand them over to your operators, and supply spare parts.
Most of our service work, though, is on machines we did not sell. Diagnosis, drive and spindle repair, turret and toolchanger faults, control and encoder problems, levelling and calibration, chuck and coolant system work — mills, lathes, EDM machines, saws and shop support equipment.
In the current financial year that has meant more than 90 service calls for 19 machine shops across Alberta.
The warehouse is ours and it is here in Calgary. Orders placed online ship from that stock — delivery is free across Alberta, and we ship anywhere in Canada.
You can order at any hour, without waiting for a quote, a callback, or a sales rep's calendar. Prices are on the site. Stock is on the site. If you would rather talk to a person, we are here — but you never have to.
EASYCUT is our own brand of tooling, toolholding and metalworking fluids. The products are built to our specification under OEM arrangements by established manufacturers in Europe, Asia and the USA. We choose the makers, set the range and carry the stock — which is why the price is what it is, and why we can answer technical questions about the parts ourselves.
Anton Volkov — CEO, Calgary. Anton is a machine tool engineer by training and spent eight years in machine service before management. He started as a field service engineer in 2012, installing CNC lathes and mills from the crate to a running machine and handling electrical and mechanical diagnosis on site. He moved on to senior engineer on EDM equipment, then ran a service department of thirteen engineers covering an area of 650,000 km², where he took first-call fix rate from 82% to 90%. He is factory-certified on machine tools and EDM equipment — Haas Automation (Oxnard, USA, 2014), Mitsubishi Electric (Ratingen, Germany, 2013 and 2015) and Castek (Taiwan, 2015) — and works in SolidWorks, Esprit and InventorCAM.
He moved to Canada in 2020 and was service manager at a Calgary manufacturer, where he also set up new shops inside the company. At CNCmarket.ca he runs day-to-day operations, service and the Canadian market.
Sergey Sysoev — strategy and finance. Seventeen years in metalworking distribution. He joined a CNC machine tool distributor in Russia as a sales assistant in 2009 and left as its CEO and shareholder in 2022 — a business of 220 people across nine regional offices that sold and installed more than 10,000 CNC machines for over 5,000 customers. Along the way he ran purchasing, logistics and customs, launched a private-label tooling brand with a Chinese manufacturer, and delivered the company's ERP and CRM rollout together with its first B2B web shop. He sold his shares in 2022 and completed an Executive MBA at ESMT Berlin.
Anton and Sergey own the company in equal shares.
